1996 Became wholly-owned subsidiary of HVHC Inc.
2005-2006 Davis Vision’s parent company acquires Viva International Group, a global leader in high-quality, fashion eyewear, and Eye Care Centers of America, the largest U.S.-owned specialty optical retail chain.
Together, sister companies Davis Vision, Viva and ECCA comprise a vertically-integrated triad dedicated to the whole vision care experience.
